I voted Yes. I would rather pay them with stock options than cash now. Plus if they are willing to accept stock options in lieu of cash means they believe in the ultimate success of Anavex. One of the reasons Microsoft was successful in the early days(and why MSFT made so many millionaires) was employees down to the rank and file were compensated partly in stock options so not only could MS attract the best and brightest, all had added incentive to give 110% and all believed in the "mission."
Voted NO on Omnibus Incentive Plan. Based strictly off SP performance, there is no way does Missling and Co. deserve a raise, yet. Until I am in the green, I will continue to vote no on compensation packages.
