Right or wrong if Apple were to sue, LQMT would still have to protect itself.
The cost of defense will eat up a lot of that money in LQMTs bank account.
In addition, if today's LQMT refuses to pick up the telephone during normal business hours, can't update a website, can't write a two paragraph press release, or sit for a 45 minute conference call with investors; you expect management to sit down for depositions??? Yeah right; I think you are forgetting the lack of integrity our leadership has.
There is one thing an allegation by Apple of patent infringement would put to rest for all us LQMT investors.....never again could we muse of an Apple product using LQMT.
