#3398 RE: floored #3396

I noticed that as well, no convertible notes ie no dilution but a note for $38k at 3%. Infinitely better terms than the toxic financing we see many of these companies sink to.

Many of these companies and CEOs have no credibility and are flat out desperate. Those sorts of companies don't get loaned capital at a flat 3%. Most CEOs are using the company as their piggy bank and getting bloated salaries on the shareholder's dime. In our case:

Dalrada Compensation is incentive based. Mr. Bonar controls 5,000,000Common Shares

Not to say the company will never dilute, but all this attests to Bonar's commitment to focus on shareholder value. By owning 10.5% of the o/s and not collecting a salary he's aligning the company's interests with shareholders. No dilution in forever, Bonar is showing the OTC world how it's done. imo

As far as us floating until revs are realized (Q1 according to Pickett, due mid May), I think that's mostly true but I also think we're going to see activity pick up in the build up to then. The market is sleeping here but it's not dead and momentum can come in a heartbeat. I think the next PR gets us testing .03s.
