I agree. Usually they fish for plaintiffs long before they file a suit so this is kinda odd.

This is just more proof that the rumor may be true in my mind. They don't even have a lead Plaintiff. They're fishing for one. All statements they make concerning statements Amarin execs made are false.

Every freakin stock I own has these ambulance chasers supposedly filing bs lawsuits, what else is new. If Dmiller believes it to be valid then Dmiller is not a true loyal long and is here to stir the pot imho.
