At this point I would agree with the $3.00 as a conservative number. The author did not take into consideration more favorable financing going forward, licensing world wide with residual income in perpetuity, JV's with a much larger company, partnerships in other seafood industries (salmon, barramundi, and others)… long term the patent is probably worth as a buy out $7 - 10 conservatively IMO. I'm not at all worried about more toxic financing or even the notes that are coming due in a month or two. With a good harvest report money will come knocking at our door, maybe even knocking it down.
