The problem is that not taking into account all the variables involved in opening an S&L location (i.e. the capital at hand, finding an investor, finding a suitable location, hammering out a contract for the lease, etc.), especially this early in the game, can surely blind and cause grief. Some need to understand that business is not binary, but I guess if I keep asking every day "why" and "how come", maybe the answer will eventually smack me on the head. But hey, I do know that with time and money, anything is possible, but there is this one thing called "reality". ;-)
