I do recall at least one point last year where I remember the OS being well above 1 billion for sure. More importantly my DD revealed the involvement by individuals who are extremely well connected who had excellent resources and who might throw up a huge wall of outstanding shares for purposes of avoiding a takeover of some kind not that I think anybody would put up much of a fight.
Although I do know that things are changing here I do know that there are circumstances where shares can be cancelled and shareholders end up with nothing. It has happened with me on two different securities and even though Vulcan s don't have much in terms of emotions I vividly recall feeling extremely pissed off about it each time.
despite my efforts I'm unable right now to flush out exactly what the plan is but I would say it would be smart to make no mistake here as certainly some plan is in the works. Don't risk what you don't have to risk, be prepared to lose what you have here, but even if the price does pop up a couple of points make sure you know what your plan is and executed. Even though their baby movement in the next couple of months there is no guarantee that this becomes a liquid security.
