So there you have it. The OS is the same. It's just updated. Makinez, do you remember if this ticker had a skull and crossbones on it before? Or was it always a stop sign?
Why would there be so many restricted shares? Restricted means can't be sold. I was looking at this as mass dilution. But did a huge block come later, given to some person(s) recently? As in the last few years?
Well, I can actually look at the last filing in 2014. It says AS was 49.8B but OS at that time was 10.2B. I don't know. How would 8B shares of that OS become restricted? I don't understand. Or was it always restricted? And if so, why would it still be restricted after all this time? I don't know.
IFFF there was an issuance to some person(s) in the billions in the last couple of years, that would be evidence of a planned reverse split to me. That would be proportionately cutting up the pie, because everybody would go through the r/s equally. Maybe they want time for restrictions to expire, do an r/s and be freely traded with better physics. I don't know. I don't know all the rules.
Or was BANI issuing shares like a printing press, diluting the pool. That used to be possible in the '90s easily. I think the rules are more strict. I don't know if they can easily do that. And if they did, that wouldnt' explain why they are restricted as I understand things.
My broker can pull up a chart that goes back to '14. There was no increase in price. No pumping going on, so I don't think running the printing press would explain the huge jump. I kinda lean to a large chunk of shares, a 4/5 ration, was given to some person(s). That would seem to be an alignment of interests to me, IFFF it happened that way. It's impossible to see. But if so, I would think they had an rs planned all along. And I would like that, IFFF that's the case.
All I know is I want to be a part of this story. I feel like they would prefer to do an rs. Some of our speculators here would wrongly feel that's not a good idea, but they would be wrong.
