Quite shocking that the data appears to be doctored in this published paper in Nature on this delivery system for CAR T immunotherapy.

Some data shows they can [1] and there are ways to improve trafficking (if you need to) [2,3]. Intracavitary or intraventricular infusion is another option [4].
