You are correct. My bank gave me "credit" without any actual cash flow for a month. I wish I could answer the guaranteed funding part for Verb, but I am not privy to that information. As far as I know, maybe there was some kind of deal made with SC, or something else that we are not yet aware of. Technically we do not own SC, but there is no indication that the deal will not happen. Actually, we are seeing them both close deals together as if they are already one company. I know that is not the same, but it shows the commitment of both companies (and eagerness) to make the acquisition go through. Just remember who Rory has on the BOD and advisers. You would think if it wouldn't happen, then he would have been steered away from the acquisition. We see no signs of that happening.
