Of course there's no guarantee. The language makes SH protection certain, but dependent upon how much is recovered. The numbers available point to a very positive outcome for those buying at these levels. I'm not yet willing to say the shares I bought at 1.50 avg will come out ahead, but what I have picked up this week will more than cover any loss on that end.
