Neither party can back out at this point. The AGP guys were presented Rory's Investor Presentation and they are PUMPED for the Road Show! I see no problem closing it early. The addition of the Salesforce Sr Director to our Advisory Board adds that much more appeal!
That may be a bad analogy. Every time I have "bought" a new car I have left the dealership with the car without paying a cent. It is all done with signatures agreeing to do the deal. First payment usually comes 1 month after leaving with the car. I don't think the dealership would be happy with taking the car back after I had used it for a month for free. The binding agreement (for a car or the acquisition) is like a loan that has to be paid according to the set terms.
