There is every reason to be skeptical (=Ken), but is there a reason to believe that right at this moment, this should be more than .0001(/2), given that it's only been a few days since the announcement of the merger?
Or should more have happened on 'day one' (the day Ken announced the merger)? If so, what do you think should or could have happened?
