#6212 RE: L437 #6202

L437---Had I not seen your posts on AOL I too might have
taken your head off. I have been on this one since 24 Aug 00.
It is my feeling (very little more) that something BIG is up.
I have lots of background noise telling me lots of things.
From where I sit---I am going to bet that we will know a lot
more after 1 Oct 03---LOL I did not say 90 days! I think I
have a fair grasp of who Doc T is. I dont think he would go
after $8M if it did not mean he was about to start building
the fortune 500 company he has talked about. I have said it
before and I will say it again---there are to many people on
these boards who can not dream big enough. Doc T has big
dreams and he is bull headed enough to make it happen. You
have to admit it takes balz for a .06 company to go after
$8M. If Doc T pulls this off---well IMHO the gravy will begin
to flow.

I base my thoughts on a few facts that most of us know and
a lot on my take on Doc T and the new managment---I had my
fears when Doc T was running the show. I know how the creative
types think---not the best business types. We now have SOLID
business types at the top---we still have some darn good
creative types making the good stuff happen. I like the mix.

Am I right---hell I dont know---I have lived on my gut
instincts this far in my life and I am betting on them this time. I will admit if we dont hear anything after 1 Oct 03
I may start trading this puppy. I am full of hope and I have
hung there for a long time---I still think it is a winner.
I just want to see the PLAN---then I might even buy more.

Take Care

L437, this is a nickel stock as some have said. A penny saved is a penny earned; someone said that. If you have some extra pennies, you can invest then into penny stocks. Since these penny stocks live and breath by pp and stock splits, it is not uncommon for penny stocks to finance their operations in this manner. In addition, since this penny stock is a speculative venture, either by investors or the company employees, one cannot expect a rapid return on their investment. Consequently, if one has invested more than they can afford in this or any other penny stock, they should have their head examined. Putting one's eggs into one basket is foolish and unwise! Moreover, worrying about the finances of a penny stock to me is tantamount to investing to much money and time in a penny stock company! If you put five cents down and buy one share of DNAP, What pray tell are you expecting for a return on your investment: 1000% tomorrow? If may be months or years for this type of roi! I for one, rarely quibble on the affairs of DNAP because I did not sell my house and barn! I did not throw in the sink and the baby to buy DNAP shares by the thousands. To sink one's life savings into a penny stock could cause reflux, I guess! Dribbling over the machinations of a penny stock is a rare form of art! For many do their best to pump a stock, whilst others BALANCE it with thrashing!
I am amused by both sides of the fence! Ever seen a fence after a tornado and you see all the debris stuck to the fences and surrounding trees and shrubs? Does it not clutter up the view? That's how I see stock boards. I love to read, where posters use details and urls to back up their posts, whether it is pro or con! Your post has merit, but like the guy said "much ado about nothing." LATER!

Larry; My thoughts on this are pretty well summed up by IVRT & GCBR. I would like to add just a little. I too have followed along with a lot of research offered by other posters, as well as my own. Admittedly, my very first purchase of this stock was to be traded, but it didn't take long to realize this one was a keeper. It still is. Sure, DNAP has erred on some issues, but overall,I think their performance is brilliant. One of their better moves IMO, was how they managed to extract themselves from TBF, then in the face of a tanking economy, they figured out a way to change the business plan, and survive.

Risky? Yes. Have I bet the farm? No. As penny stocks go, I think this one is primo. Do I ever wonder if I've made the right decision? Of course. That's when I review the reasons for 'why am I here'? The answers keep coming thumbs up. Sometimes, I just need to get grip and be patient. Right now is one of those times. By the way; the $8,000,000? I do not believe it is intended for just keeping afloat. I think a major deal is in the making...they didn't go for 1.5 Billion authorized shares to simply let it sit and gather dust. Without going into a lot of detail, this is when things really get exciting. I don't know if exciting news is just around the corner, but this is where patience comes in.

Well, I did add more than "just a little", and though this post is somewhat generalized, I submit it's all been said before, so why go into loads of detail. Just offer an opinion.

All the best, Phil
