Phil, Ann, et al-Random thoughts-I find myself scratching my head at this last PP. I thought at the last runup a couple months ago to .18 and the increased volume and all that the company had sold enough shares to stay solvent for more then a couple months but I guess I was wrong. I also believe that few people who have been here as long as you guys will buy into the recent PP-and why should they? Further dilution? And, if they should choose to invest in the PP, will sell current positions to pay for their share of the PP shares. We all know what that will/is doing to the pps.
We will soon be staring at nearly 3/4 of a Billion shares outstanding and then what do we have?
3 years have elapsed for the company and they have made some positive progress in certain areas but in other areas remain what is seemingly invisible to the scientific and investment communities. I can no longer buy into the idea that people don't understand the science and therefore are reluctant to pony up some cash. Three years ago that may have been the case but in over 1100 days, certainly somebody would have recognized the science, potential, feasability, etc. This is not a scam company to be sure but is the asking price by Dr. Frudakis for the intellectual properties and their capabilities becoming a stumbling block to any interested suitors?
While I am not completely convinced of imminent bankruptcy and the complete closing of my position, I would strongly encourage considering limiting ones exposure to the risk this investment involves at this time and make adjustments accordingly. We have started to see that aleady since news of the PP hit the boards.
It is of my opinion that TBF Corp. extracted a huge and significant share price devaluation because of the overburdensome OS's we now have and have to deal with on a daily, ongoing basis. Can DNAP recover from the enormous share issuances that plague investors to this day?
While some on this board try to spin the newest PP as a good thing, I would ask the question why is $8M gonna be enough this time when it hasn't in the past?
This is a stock that will continue to be flipped and any gains will never stick until we see that elusive PR with real $$$$ in it- not just by companies like GMED.
As always, comments may be directed in my direction irrespective of what you think it may do to my feelings.
