EP, One of these days you guys are going to have to join reality and accept the fact that AMD is where they are today out of pure incompetence.

AMD has reached its level due to its level of competence.

The golden days of investing in Intel were decades ago. The buy and hold stock of yesterday.

In your world that metric should continue ad infinitum? If you want to be open to truth, to change, you first have to get real. Nothing is for sure, except change.

We may be on the cusp of change, a bit too early to say for sure re: intc/amd, but they are about even over the last 5 years.

Get with it Elmer, this is the 21 century. If Intel were to do a repeat of the 90s they would end up to own half the world in terms of market cap.

Do yourself a favor and go out and buy yourself a box with amd inside and see how it fits. No pain, no gain. ;-)

Elmer, that thread is boring. Anyone who claims that Intel doesn't test the limits of the law in their competitive practices is being overly naive or disingenuous - any Intel shareholder would want their company to get every competitive advantage that it can, and the law has lots of grey areas.

I don't think you are really that stupid, but you are putting on a good show (and this discussion has become repetitive and boring).
