But, seriously, you're right. We shouldn't all rush to judgment based on countless first-hand reports and material evidence over many years now.

First hand reports? Right! You mean third hand rumors published on tabloid websites, innuendo and unsupported claims from someone who won't back up his vague story. Every investigation finds nothing because there's nothing there.

Why don't we just start claiming that AMD is doing an Enron and illegally cooking the books? My claim would be stronger than yours because AMD has never been cleared of these charges. We all know they've raided their employee pension fund.

One of these days you guys are going to have to join reality and accept the fact that AMD is where they are today out of pure incompetence.
