I agree medhead - Needle-moving or not, it's been one win after another for LXRP technology. I think the writing on the wall is pretty clear; it's just a matter of time.

Another thing to bear in mind: Announcements have placed emphasis on Lexy getting deals - most notably, the Altria deal - done "on their terms." There's a good chance Bunka's knows exactly what Lexy's got, and is just playing some serious hardball (with anyone who wants to "just buy it all", for instance); which can turn dealmaking into something of a "war of attrition".
