thanks for posting this info while its very positive its also a little confusing. the answer says that lqmt's patents are licensed for ce and that others can use them but then says lqmt's patents in asia exclude ce but that yian/eon has its own patents for asia so i guess thats means combined patents would allow global sales of ce. at least thats what i understood it means. and does that mean lqmt will be the only company able to use its ce patents outside of asia? that would be great news regarding lqmt getting revenue from ce and makes more sense why li owns 400+ million lqmt shares. again its a little confusing but thats what i understand.
Wow! This reads pretty clear to me that LQMT is clear to use their products in their territories in CE. I am actually quite surprised that the question was answered so directly.
