When JPM Pays for WMB,

then why would reorged WMI still have a loss from WMB?

With CIC's "the Final Payment" to WMI for "WMB and it's assets" then why should reorged WMI have NOLs?

Please see AZ's posts about the change in 5% ownership restriction removal because COOP no longer has access to NOLs because of CIC payment.
