How high is "higher fees"?

If you are going to actively trade penny stocks you need to move your account to a broker that does not penalize you for doing so.

Schwab does not charge me per share fees or anything tied to tading a "penny stock".

I suck up the fees and buy everything then once your holdings switch because right now waiting 3 days could cost you big time as the stock could go up 100% and you would only be able to buy half the shares for you just getting the stock in your hands is all you need to worry about as your not going to be selling you re going to hold
