LOL. Your second link is about abandonment of WMB. If WMB was abandoned then how can we receive money from the sale of WMB or from the bonds? And how did we get the NOL? Where did it come from? And No, the NOL will never go away until all consumed by COOP.

The first link was taken completely out of context. WMI was complaining that WMB was sold too cheaply by the FDIC. But it was then and it is now. NOW we accepted WMB to be sold for 1.9B and we signed release. End of story.

Your two links prove NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
