Yup. Right around .40. that figure was put out here a while back last year several times. Just pull up a chart and check it.

Question for anybody that knows. the PR mentions the paper work to go to the judge end of week. For the damages. Anybody familiar with what kind of time frame for the judge to decide. I would assume it varies from case to case. Anybody been involved in this situation in the past?
