"Hard Close" now put off until May 15

So the "soft close" now gets put off another 11 days (March 1) to accomodate the auditor, and then the 75-day audit clock starts.

The "hard close" won't happen until mid-May (May 15, by my calculations) which coincidentlally is the day that the 2Q/19 10-Q is due.

Lots of time for the conversion of debt, and by mid-May, the need for a post-close RS will be apparent.
