Maybe so if you sell toilet paper, but not for something like this my friend.

We're gonna make Bazooka look bad. :)

Market cap should and will be a reflection of the company’s financial condition. Right now, this company is grossly overvalued on irrational exuberance.

You obviously don't if you are only looking at PAST performance on a company that was in R&D DEVELOPMENT STAGE.... the cap is also based LARGELY on FUTURE opportunities in companies like this.... and the sky is the limit here

"Market cap should be and will be a reflection of the company's financial condition."

Wrong again. To fully understand what market cap is, I would recommend re-reading the link I so kindly provided.

FUSZD market cap should be higher than it is now, not lower. What do you think the market cap will do after the acquisition of SC? What about after the uplist to NASDAQ where intelligent, experienced investors will buy for long term gains?

It is ridiculous to think the market cap should be lower than it is today.

And so was the story with Facebook and others.... high valuation long before income justification. Only with VERB, the profit margins are stupendous based on the deals cut. Just watch as MicoSoft Interactive and the others begin their 2019 sales campaigns touting the VERB technology! Incoming!

Past performance is no predictor of future performance; especially if you have been following the events closely as they happen. Theoretically you are correct and if a little luck and some great associates had not come Rory's way we might now be at 20 cents (pre-split pennies) which some had predicted. Sometimes one has to be flexible in their thinking. I do believe we are on the verge of Verb greatness.
