IMO we not talking about phase 3 here .

My understanding of dr NP answer is that if results are good from this first 18 patients , if first 10 patients are positive we might not need to wait for all this next 30 patients to be approve .

There never will be phase 3 here .
If results not good company will stop and if results good it will be approve fast .

No question in my mind ...
