There are plenty of crooks / robbers / thieves too - some never get caught, some get nailed on the first try. Not getting caught doesn’t mean they’re innocent.

McKay should Not put his shareholders in the position they’re currently in.

They’ve not filed in over a year and a half, McKay is putting TPAC in jeopardy of being suspended. That’s a Fact, Case closed.
