Yes he does. To eventually take the privately owned Transform Holdco public down the road after filing a S-1. No S-1 has been filed and there will be no "merger" with SHLDQ. That would be idiotic on ESL's part. They would be handing out free shares to prior investors. As of now, Eddie owns 100% of the shares of Transform Holdco.
