I think they've been listed as the assignee for a while now. At least on the USPTO website, maybe not Google. I keep checking for updates from the USPTO website regarding the application, but still nothing new since 10/19/18

Also, this is for a helmet with several technologies/sensors inside. It does not look to be the 'RefCam' .

It doesn't seem the companies current direction is for this type of helmet but is instead trying to broadcast live feeds from a 1st person point of view.

Do you people realize cameras that broadcast to tv that are mounted on a human have been around since the 90’s... It’s called exactly that FPOV “first point of view”. It has nothing to do with sensors and gps’s and bodily stats etc that BRK claims they own and are running with. In fact Stat sports has that technology already from years ago. Just look them up.
I understand everyone needs to make money but go scam somewhere else.
