The whoever is sound concepts. We need them to uplist that is correct. All but a done deal. I believe they sought US out. They see the potential to go to NASDAQ with us. Technology already integrated. It’s not a matter of if we up-list, at this point it’s can we get it done in feb or do we wait till 1st of March.

It is not a merger to begin with. We are buying Sound Concepts. It is an acquisition. The main reason we are buying them are the incredible synergies. They are already working on other products together.

Could we uplist without Sound Concepts? Yes. All we need is the financing at a price of $4/share or greater.
