Can Gifa do that? I was under the impression that they would have to go through a seasoning period first. Can you refer me to a source that confirms this? I read the PDF, but I couldn't find anything that explains it.

GIFX NOW OWNS that additional FINANCE COMPANY as part of their conglomerate portfolio of companies...and THEY PAID CASH to acquire the stock of that company. PERIOD. ANY FALSE NARRATIVE STATING OTHERWISE..is STOCK BULLSHIT DISINFORMATION !
