It’s been slow and steady selling on a constant basis to not hurt the stock price. All the sells at bid sure do add up after a while, and they have been happing rather frequently. Or do you have a better explanation for why anyone in their right mind would sell at such a low price, ESPECIALLY after that last PR announcing merger completion?
Sure seems to me that a larger entity or entities control a good portion of the O/S and are slowly selling their shares. It happens all the time!
