Duck - in my experience, the A/S raise is usually not a good thing if it is a few hundred million; however, 25 billion looks like a poison pill to me - and in this case, that could be a good thing. Those are not usually adopted unless there are significant assets to protect. So IMO - this move will be either really good or really bad. Since we have been stuck in the low trips - my money is on really good.
