I follow you. My guess is that they are very aware of the different species and costs, and where they can get them. They’ve been doing this for a long time and know their business better than we do. If you have concerns, just email Peter Letizia. I sent him a message the night before last and he replied the next morning.

Things to know about growth rate: Its the least of SHMPs concerns at this point. This was their first harvest with the new system. And they've stated on several occasions once they get rolling they will be one of few, if any, companies able to guarantee a consistent 52 week supply.
