What phone number? Did you call them after she changed her tune later in the day? You realize she is just a receptionist right? The lady answering refered me to the creditors handling the bankruptcy... they are the ones that have a say about the stock.

I spoke to her 3 times... first time she said she had not been informed the "commons" were not intact.
second call she said she wasn't sure and that the creditors would be able to advise and gave me the number below:
My third call, she said the number below is the most up to date info on the "commons" and any bankruptcy issue. I then asked for the number of the attornies handling the bankruptcy... I talked to them twice and was told that they don't handle the stock issue, that it is handled by the "creditors" handling the bankruptcy and she also gave me the phone number listed below for the most up to date information. She also gave me the website of the creditors
Aegean Marine and Kirkland Ellis both refered me to that website and phone number for the information regarding stock and the restructuring.
