T. U. sentiment_stocks for posting the entire article. Now, can anyone un-ravel the meaning of all this and how it might show what NW was trying to do to NWBO? I am clearly not a lawyer or legally minded. Peace Reg 2015

It didn't look like Woodford was attempting to do anything - it clearly shows that he was attempting to persuade Ferguson to step down

Woodford supported this move, even writing to Ferguson that he should step down

However, there was nothing unethical or underhand in him doing this. As Woodford pointed out

“I owe duties to the funds I manage, and it is in the best interests of these funds for Stobart to be as successful as possible,”

The questions (and answers) that arise in relation to NWBO are;

Q.1) Would the same thing have happened here?
A.1) Quite possibly if the current Management kept as tight-lipped over company information with Woodford as they are doing to the rest of us.
Q.2) If he had tried to "tinker with the NWBO board" and succeeded in ousting the current Management, would it have been good or bad for NWBO and, more importantly, for DCVax-L?
A.2) Only time will tell, but having a Management which was more savvy in the realms of managing small developing biotech companies rather than being savvy lawyers, might have avoided the crash in the SP and might have brought DCVax-L to the market sooner, thereby saving lives that have now been lost.

But, of course, only time will tell whether Woodford is a saint or a sinner in this hypothetical approach to NWBO.
