lmao, VYST's CEO is Steve Rotman who's also the owner of Rotman's which VYST is in the process of acquiring. And there's no so-called "merger papers" or paperwork of any sort required at this stage whatsoever, for anyone who knows how these things actually work!

The only thing that the market's waiting for is VYST filing the Rotman's Super 8K acquisition filing and the accompanying fully audited Rotman's financials...and anyone who says or claims anything different is spewing total and complete hogwash lmao!
