You wont find any merger papers saying rotmans is merging with vyst because it is not true. Everyone says they do dd and have the best dd lol. Who is vystar buying for 1.5 million dollars? Not rotmans but the manufacturing co.pany that makes most of vyst stuff.. it's taking forever because the company they are buying are big share holders in the company that vyst is buying. Those cats must sell all shares before vyst can buy them or it's considered insider trading and illegal. Once they sell the shares then the merger between the 2 company's will be complete.. not rotmans furniture but NHS holdings
