Well, I'm willing to bet that a patent isn't granted in the next week or two.

On another note our toxic lender couldn't sell shares until the end of January.

The past 2 8k's showed the selling began in December so they utilized the trigger event to begin selling early.

They also sold more than the 1/12.

So we need to keep an eye out for the next 8k so we can get a handle on the number of shares being sold.

Actually you can follow the progress of a patent application if you use the USPTO database.

You can read the correspondence between the USPTO and OWCP - so you have a really good idea what the status of the patent application.

Here is some valuable information for those giddy about a patent.

95-97% of ALL patents fail to be licensed or commercialized. For those that want to explore this statement specifically:

It is obvious that the psoriasis cream patent application is worthless - it received a final rejection and OWCP did what OTCM companies do - they paid a new fee and resubmitted the application.

Links to all patent organizations are above the IP table in the iBox. The application numbers you need to search on are in the table. Use the Global Dossier in the USPTO site to see all related applications.

I built the iBox for free, using my own time and research. I believe in sharing DD, with no strings attached, for the benefit of all--good or bad.

I would like to see the company be more transparent in many ways, and they could certainly make a statement about the progress of obtaining patents. I wouldn't expect them to give us the status of each of them, but I believe they could provide some form of summary including some number which they've continued to be asked for modifications to.
