I believe patent approvals can't be forecast, they happen when they happen. If one or more patent were approved by U.S. or other major nations I believe it could have a major impact on the company. If the patent were for a product currently in, or near initiation of trials, it's possible a partner could emerge, and that would be really big news. I'm not saying these things will happen, nor do I know with certainty that a reverse split will, we've only seen a draft of it being considered. The point is, there are things that could change virtually every day, nothing may change, but we cannot guarantee that will be the case.

I would like to see the company be more transparent in many ways, and they could certainly make a statement about the progress of obtaining patents. I wouldn't expect them to give us the status of each of them, but I believe they could provide some form of summary including some number which they've continued to be asked for modifications to.

I don't know that the company will ever be more transparent, but I believe if they were, and did nothing else, the stock would be dramatically higher as investors would know much more about what they were investing in.
