I think they are on the verge of bankruptcy as we speak. Virtually no cash here. Not good for business. And when people start posting all of the past PRs its usually out of desperation. Just my opinion.

without increasing debt.

All real shareholders had the opportunity to vote on expanding Aurora by utilizing additional shares.

This is a serious company traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
