But don't forget: ARYC maintained the EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE OvaDx for Advant.

It's easy to play armchair CEO but you don't know all that went on behind the scenes, and a poster on this board said that both new management at Advant and Dr. Schena were "hush-hush" about the current status of OvaDx.

Those Advant shares are still eligible to be distributed to ARYC shareholders and since AVDX is right now trying to become current, I wouldn't call those shares worthless. AVDX has other things going on as well, specifically Theralink.
