Now all Arrayit has to show for it is 32M (less than 10%) of worthless shares of Avant.
Arrayit then developed the food safety test with the USDA. Again couldn't get funds to commercialize it. Since the OvaDx fiasco worked so "well", they agree to give its IP to Taub and Zalcberg for 23% of Array Molecular, a company to be formed by T & Z to commercialize the test. All Arrayit has to show for that now is an endless lawsuit.
Maybe they have learned the lesson with the allergy test. But I wonder Who owns that IP?
