I think you meant to write the trial is blinded; that’s why no one knows anything for certain. That’s why they are writing the SAP now... they can’t unblind the trial and then rewrite the SAP. That would be akin to saying, ahh, now that we see how everyone really did, let’s figure out a way to make the statistical formulas give us what we need to make them work. No, the time to rewrite them is while the trial is still in a hypothesis mode. That is while they can still state we think our treatment is going to do this, this and this... and they still don’t know if it really will do this, this and this.
