I called Amarin and reported it. They were very courteous. They took the lot number and the name, address, and phone of the pharmacy to report to their internal quality control team.

Agree. The only time I smelled it was it was delivered in the Arizona heat and then the capsules broke.

Impossible to remove and replace a broken capsule from a bottle of V - the bottles are hermetically sealed at the factory with a thick aluminum foil. If I ever got a bottle of anything, Rx or DS, that had a broken seal, I'd be sending it back for replacement or a refund - I'm still remember that poisoned Tylenol tragedy from way back when.
