~ NiceSeaShell, I Believe The Approved Order’, Will Be Specifically Followed ~

after all, as stated it was the WMI-LT that requested this now Court Approved Result, When the WMI-LT found the NEED’ to send B Rosen in to ultimately fix all of the original delays and blocking which originated back in 2009’ ...

B Rosen’s filing of Docket # 12499’ On 08/30/2018 was the beginning of the end, ... now, Court Signed and Approved with Docket # 12585’ ...

After studying the entire process, as I always do, ... It is my opinion, that there will NOT be any appeal, or any additional delays initiated by these employee claimants, or by any others', entertained by the Delaware Bankruptcy Court System ... The original delaying process, initiated back in 2009', is truly Now finally coming to an end' ...

The employee claimants original appeal filed in the district court was not ever acknowledged by the District Court, due to the fact that the District Court would not consider an appeal on a matter that the FDIC had already ruled on' ...

also, had the district court originally considered the employee claimants appeal, ... prior to returning to the bankruptcy court, the employee claimants would have needed to file for a venue change to another' district court', in an effort to get permission to return to the bankruptcy court' ... legal protocol was not followed'

... B Rosen within his "NEED" to File "the Motion" on 08/30/2018, and Judge Walrath are ending this' ...

The 21 day stay was proper protocol and Judge Walrath is following to the letter’ ... the stay ends on Friday, February 22’ 2019’ ... and I would believe that the WMI-LT will act In a timely manner ...

Remember, there will be numerous things going on simultaneously ... the RE-Distribution of the WMI-LT’s DCR remains at the 75/25, will be one thing, ... but, ... the completion of Tranche 4’, Should begin the returns of numerous other issues as well ...

I hope that was helpful ...
