We get our IT quotes from CDW for Workstation licenses (CALs) and server licenses. We use various companies to meet the 3 bids requirement so we can show that we tried to get best pricing for said product.

Presidio is our consultant company.

Nr1 Archiving email is often done for compliance it’s not only reducing primary storage cost. Nr2 if employees leave you need to delete their data in Europe so also emails. Nr3 1 + 2 if you are able to archive and do compliance and audited delete for gdpr you have something no one has... so that’s the value and the reason why they want the solution. Ps You need a sales force to sell it so revenue does not mean anything in relation to the quality of a product...

ArcMail won’t show zero growth after being integrated with classidocs and Araloc
Cross selling, cross selling, cross selling.
CEO’s are merging their software with Jason’s. Easy to see what’s going on here.
Enormous buying opportunity here.

I don't know what kind of industry you work for or what your laws and regulations are in your country. However, in the United States we are required by federal law to keep all documents and financial information for at least 7 years. Most companies keep all records longer. New GDPR compliance laws will consist of similar regulations however, they may require records to be kept forever that include peoples personal data. These kinds of regulations wouldn't involve someone who works as a IT purchasing agent. However, it's good for you to learn this because it will make you a better IT purchasing agent in the future. Every industry is different and many companies archive emails that consist of peoples personal data as well as attachments consisting of personal data. This is especially true in the medical industry. GDPR compliance laws currently in effect will require personal information stored in any format to comply with federal laws. That's what Data443's entire business model consists of, tools to make it easier to quickly access personal data securely.
As for free ways to Archive email, well that's just ridiculous. No smart IT executive would ever allow this as an option for obvious reasons.
