I have moved my next buy bid offer to .01/share on SGSI as that is where 5 major known toxic MMs are parked and bidding. They must know something.
Even Icld with it's new conversion floor of .10/share where it can print 6 mil shares to collect its $600,000 debt from SGSI, did not hold a floor at .10 recently when the .08/share price got painted.
If SGSI was/is not a scam, why do we need Wavetech?
Wavetech has as of today, shown no proof it has any revenue since 1993? 15 Million in losses (called investments LOL) they do claim.
What did Wavetech get for that apx 1.1 mil in cash they gave SGSI? The AS is 750 Million shares folks. Lots of room there to wipe us out!!!
I could say a lot more from my DD on Wavetech but I will hold my tongue to see if Wavetech offers a reply and any proof they are not also a scam, with plans to do a wash rinse repeat scam?
So far I have found zero proof of any significant Wavetech product sales or revenue or products even being offered for sale??? Except for two Beat 200 prototypes, inside BEAT 100 housings, used, on Ebay for under $75 each. Seriously???
If I am right, that makes the Wavetech business PRs we are reading to pump SGSI shares up, a 100% total scam!!!
Either SGSI is desperate, or has no idea how to do proper DD on Wavetech (?), or SGSI is just a sand-y barren mine field of convertible debt-Sand, that should have been called ICLD-2.0 instead of SGSI.
Somebody please prove me wrong. I am still long, but have run out of any further patience.
I for one am not happy with the Genesis Wavetech plot here.
Here is the Genesis beginning story folks. Do some real DD and read it. If you find evidence that anything above is wrong, or proof there is something real behind Wavetech, please let us know.
