The answer is already clear. Dahl and Co have been running the show for more than 5 years and this company has still not produced.
Yes they'll probably get the Nutriquest license over the threshold some day because Nutriquest knows what it's doing .... But how this company is run isn't going to change. Dahl and Rice will always be at the front of the line with hand out. Investors are a nuisance rather than being important to the company. They'll let ya know when they feel it's necessary or is a benefit to them.
Since Dahl arrived there's really been no delivery of anything in an expedient manner. Zero over delivery of anything. Quite the opposite. The only credit Dahl gets at this point is cleaning up the mess left from prior leadership and setting a course.
IMO he is also not the guy to lead this company from R&D into commercialization. We had to pay for him to learn on the job. Gonna have to pay for him to learn the commercialization aspect as well.
