Stuart Smith, the interviewer at smallcapvoice.com, and Sean Folkson, CEO & Chairman of $NGTF discuss: - the Half-Baked trademark - that $NGTF wants a partner that can bring expertise to the JV in that space and grow the brand - $NGTF had started to move the ball down the field because they didn't know if or when the right partner is going to come, and if they would be able to strike a deal - Still have a contract to put together with $GCGX - $GCGX has a vibrant business in terms of their existing revenue base - $GCGX has well over 100 SKU's in Infused Edible products in both THC and CBD - $GCGX are really excited about the Half-Baked name - $NGTF will do everything they can in the next week or so to get the deal hammered out and get it announced and let $GCGX go to work on what it does best in the THC and CBD space
